Supernatural saturation on TV?

Can’t get enough of “Medium”, “Ghost Hunters”, “Ghost Whisperer”, “6ixth Sense”, “Sea of Souls” “Psychic Witness”, “Supernatural”, “John Edward Cross Country”, “Psychic Challenge”, to mention just a few of the programmes with a paranormal theme currently being shown by terrestrial, cable or satellite broadcasters in various countries?

Well, the good news is that there are more in the pipeline.

“Psychic at Large”, the latest offering from the Sci FI Channel, features Char Margolis, a Larry King favourite with a string of celebrities on her client list. And from the same date it began showing the first of nine new programmes in its “Ghost Hunters” series featuring Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson – plumbers by day and sceptical investigators by night.

And actor RonReaco Lee is also reported to have been signed for an as yet untitled NBC drama by Willie Reale which is described as “a dark comedic hour about the reincarnation of a murdered politician (played by Cary Elwes) who gets a second chance”.

Gone are the days when all we had were “The X-Files” to keep us amused.
